LogicManager is committed to delivering high-performance risk management solutions while ensuring fairness, system integrity, and service quality for all customers. Our Fair & Reasonable Use Policy (FRUP) is designed to align with typical usage patterns based on organizational size and industry needs.
To maintain optimal system performance and avoid unintended service disruptions, this Fair & Reasonable Use Policy outlines expected usage parameters for key platform components, including Actions, Risk Ripple, and Data Visualizations and Report Run Volume based on the Service Access Plan selected on a Customer’s Order Form. This policy ensures:
Customers on each Service Access Plan have access to scalable, flexible usage thresholds designed to meet their business needs.
Service Access Plans
| Plan | Intended Business Usage |
| Standard | Designed for organizations with structured governance needs and predefined workflows. |
| Advanced | Enabled for integrating key systems and automating governance processes without continuous event-driven monitoring automation. |
| Custom | Tailored for organizations requiring high-frequency or high-volume automation, IoT data processing, highly scalable workflows, API integrations, or managing highly specialized data restrictions. |
LogicManager actively monitors system usage to ensure all customers receive consistent service quality.

However, in cases where excessive usage may impact system performance, the following steps will be taken:
